Anuradha Singh, Ph.D is Co-Principal at CrabFish Advisory, LLP since 2015. Dr. Singh has received a B.Sc., from Bangalore University and an M.Sc., from University of Mysore. She was awarded a Ph.D. in 2009 in Plant Epigenetics from the University Of Leeds, UK under the Marie Curie Fellowship Programand was associated briefly with IRD and INRA, Montpellier, France. She did her post-doctoral tenure from the NCBS, Bangalore. Further, her interest lies in the conversion of urban waste into Green-manure to be applied in the farms in order to improve the soil health. Also, she has an experience of over 16 years in the field of plant molecular biology.

Mahesh Venkataramaiah, Ph.D is Co-Principal at CrabFish Advisory, LLP since 2015. He has received his B.Sc., and M.Sc., from the University of Mysore. He was awarded a Ph.D. in 2006 in the area of Secondary Metabolism in Coffee beans from the IRD, Montpellier, France. He has held the position of Research and Development Head for the Bio-Agri Team at Avesthagen. He is the co-inventor of several patents in the area of Stress and Nitrogen Economy in Plants. During his tenure at Avesthagen (UK), he worked as a Business Development Executive to bridge the gap between the technology development and licencing. Currently, Dr. Venkataramaiah works as an advisor to a few Agri-Biotech companies, to uplift and hasten their in-house Breeding Programs using Molecular Approach. His interest lies in identifying diversified In-Bred lines using Doubled-Haploid Technology in various crops. Further, he is a consultant to Kagome (Australia) and aids in the introduction of growing ‘Processing Tomatoes’ in India, by incorporating agro-environmental parameters into farming operations.
